David has been responsible for leading, developing and running significant international professional services businesses for more than two decades in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
His roles have required the setting of strategy, the creation and stewardship of the senior leadership teams, making investment decisions, creation of people and operational capabilities and the ownership of business outcomes.
David's business runner experience is enhanced by his years in advisory and consulting to business leaders, government ministers and industry bodies, which enable him to understand the pitfalls of operational delivery and of business transformation, the onus of reporting and the impact on the multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
David's prime areas of focus is in assurance and oversight for programmes aimed at delivering multi-functional transformation including advice and assurance in:
Steve has operated as a business leader with P&L responsibility, as an executive advisor and consultant over his 30-year career. He has worked across Australia, Asia Pacific and the UK with Deloitte and Accenture and held multiple executive board roles, in Australia and Internationally.
Steve has significant business runner experience, having established, scaled and led major services businesses—the largest of which grew to revenue of $700m pa, employed 4,000 people and operated across 4 continents.
As an advisor, Steve has provided guidance and assurance to Directors, CEOs and their management teams—on the set up and delivery of outcomes for complex transformation and also post-transaction programmes. He has also advised services, medium sized businesses and start-ups on their growth strategies.
